Unfortunately, I've been disappointed here several times. Lots of rolls too small. Sometimes you get an encore, but if it doesn't taste good, I don't get any of it. Had his last chance this week. Will not be shopping here anymore.

Unfortunately not to be recommended! Last week I bought a fruit loaf for 7.07 € in Nordheim with a best before date of December 25th, 2020. On Sunday, November 8th, 2020 we unpacked it, wanted to cut it and found that it was already moldy in several places on top. I don't want to imagine what it would look like on December 25th, 2020. That won't happen to us a second time. Answer 11/12/2020 Thank you for your offer, but I have no more needs. I didn't expect you to publicly admit there was a problem with your fruitcakes. However, I find the procedure of blaming the buyer extremely questionable and annoying me more than the moldy fruitcake! I took the time and looked at the weather review. I bought the fruit bread on Thursday, November 5th, 2020. The temperatures from Thursday to Sunday averaged around 10 degrees. There is therefore no mention of increased temperatures! The first question is how you store the fruit loaves? In the shop these were not cooled and in their sales rooms it is certainly more than 10 degrees and it is not protected from light there either. Especially since we are not talking about a shelf life of 1-2 weeks, but according to their label it would still have almost 7 weeks until the best before date (December 25, 2020). There is also no indication on your packaging to the buyer that your fruit bread must be stored under certain conditions! By the way, it was stored in the kitchen cupboard for 4 days and was unopened until then! Where the fault lies with the customer is a big mystery to me and a rather cheeky statement on your part.

This summer I stopped at the Lichtburg in Lauffen on my way to see my girlfriend to buy two pieces of cake. Service was listless and didn't seem competent at all. I've rarely felt so ashamed when we opened the beautiful box at the table. The cake was clapped in, there is no other way to describe it. At least it tipped to the side immediately and that didn't happen during transport, because the box was carefully held during the entire journey! It is annoying when, as a customer, I have the feeling that the expensive packaging has to be paid for, because the contents were worthless! When you look closely and try it, the entire evil quickly became apparent 🤮. The floor was completely burned and was nicely smeared with jam or something to cover it up and fool the customer. Unfortunately, the plan didn't work, because you hardly noticed anything in terms of taste other than what was burnt. That is not how it works. I will never shop there again!

Daniel is simply a master in his field. Got married 4 weeks ago and of course ordered our cake from him. What can I say. It was a perfect match. We, the bride and groom and all the guests were speechless. Thanks a lot for this. We will definitely recommend you 💪💪💪

I am quite happy with the best coffee and sweets in Nordheim. Thank you master baker Mr. Böhm, you are very nice and friendly.

There is absolutely nothing to complain about here. Delicious bread, no matter what type we have taken so far, rolls and pretzels as we love them and very friendly waitresses. Prices are reasonable and the boss also likes to take the time to answer questions.

Today bought sweets in Nordheim. The goods looked very tasty. The service was very friendly. The chocolate croissant unfortunately tasted older (tasteless, dry). I would be happy about improvement ... Too bad

The goods looked delicious and the seller was very friendly, but tasted good The rharbar snail noodle is very dry. I suspect it was from the previous day or even older. Find something like that should be donated to the bar or offered to customers at half the price.

My rating refers to the branch in Hausen. Great quality, friendly service. There is a star deduction because the staff alternately touch the baked goods and the money with their bare hands. I'm usually not that sensitive. Especially now you have to be careful here.

Sensational baker / confectioner. I have already ordered the following: 50 pretzels, 50 ham croissants, a Disney stitch cake, a gigantic lye braid in the shape of a "five", thickly topped with everything your heart desires, sandwiches, coffee etc. Apart from the fabulous quality emphasize above all the use of Daniel Böhm. He hangs up for every customer request and makes every wish come true or suggests a sensible alternative. You can tell that this man not only understands his craft, but also sees himself as a service provider. Unfortunately I cannot give more than five stars here. 10 would be more appropriate.

We were in the café in Hausen for breakfast. Simply amazing. Very friendly staff and excellent baked goods. You can have breakfast all day if you want. Highly recommended 🤗

Very large selection and excellent, delicious sandwiches. Also the coffee is to be recommended. You can tell that here is still a craft operated.

Very good quality. Spelled croissant very loose and crispy on the outside. A dream . Tiramisut tartlets a feast for the senses and everything at fair prices. The staff is very friendly and always has a smile. Only recommended 😊

The goods are very expensive and often small. Unfortunately, if I do not manage to go to the other baker in front of the bus, I have to go to this which always leaves me depressed. The service is very friendly and always open.
